Bernie L. Smith | Founder & CEO

In 1996, Bernie Smith, put his mark on the independent distributor industry through the founding of Stealth Components, Inc. Currently serving as the CEO, Bernie is not only responsible for the overall company success, he also takes a hands on approach to directly manage the procurement side of the business.

Bernie’s electronic distribution career began in the 1990’s when he joined the sales department of a top firm. His position in the firm allowed him to hone superb negotiating skills that he would later use to grow Stealth to its current capabilities. Bernie is indirectly responsible for over 55 full and part-time employees and credits Stealth’s success to hiring and mentoring a talented management staff.

Bernie is a graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina with a B.A. in English and German. In addition to his impressive business pursuits, Bernie devotes himself to local charities and his community. He enjoys spending time with his 2 children, playing golf, running and skiing.

David J. Smith | Chief Operating Officer

David joined the Stealth team in early 2010 as Chief Operating Officer, with a primary focus on leading the global expansion of the Stealth brand and propelling the company to the next level in quality and customer service. David brought over 20 years’ experience in strategic sales and operations leadership to Stealth. In addition to leading the strategic growth of the business, he is also directly responsible for the company’s sales, marketing, IT, accounting and operations personnel. David previously developed his business skills as a Senior Operating Executive directing multiple channels of a vertically integrated business with 1,500 employees, revenues of $300 million, and two centralized fulfillment sites supporting activities in North America.

David is an alumnus of Kalamazoo College where he earned his B.A. in Economics. He is also the recipient of a number of executive certificates achieved throughout his career. In addition to his professional activities, David is actively involved with several non-profit organizations including serving on the board for Junior Achievement.

Eunice Maynard | Director, Marketing

Since joining Stealth in July 2010, Eunice has brought more than 13 years’ experience in acquisition and retention marketing, analytics, CRM and lead generation to aid Stealth in its current growth efforts.  As director of Stealth’s marketing program, Eunice is responsible for development and management of all aspects of marketing to include strategy, brand management, interactive, and lead generation.

Prior to Stealth, Eunice was a key member of Ally Financials’ (GMAC Financial Services) Global Marketing Enterprise Analytics, Data Management and MIS team.  Prior to her experience with Ally, she spent 6 years with EquiFirst Corporation in various roles including, Marketing Manager, Database Analytics and Lead Generation.  Eunice was instrumental in the development of all marketing database systems and lead generation efforts. Eunice received her undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems and her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.

Chris Daniels | Controller

Chris recently joined Stealth Components as Controller. He is responsible for all financial and accounting functions for the organization. Prior to joining Stealth, Chris was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis with TSC Group, LLC. He has also held various financial level positions with domestic and international technology companies. Chris started his professional career with Deloitte and Touche, LLP. He received his undergraduate in Business Administration and Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Andrée Kiser | Director, Operations and Quality Control

Andrée joined the Stealth team in early 2011 as the Director of Operations and Quality Control.  In this role her primary focus is continuous process improvement across all aspects of Stealth’s operations.  She is responsible for supply chain analytics, internal Quality Control, third-party logistics, standards compliance and certification initiatives.

With over 10 years of experience in the electronics industry, Andrée brings a valuable knowledge base to the Stealth team.  Before joining Stealth, Andrée spent 7 years with a $25 billion electronics distributor and was directly responsible for managing several multi-million dollar customers – both contract manufacturers and original equipment manufacturers.

Andrée is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science.  During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Andrea Campbell | HR Manager

Having joined the organization as an Executive Recruiter in 2008, Andrea was recently promoted to Stealth Components HR Manager.  She is responsible for all company recruiting, to include career fair logistics and all HR functions.  Since graduating from Eastern Michigan University in 2004 with a degree in International Business and a concentration in Management and German, Andrea has gained over 7 years’ experience in human resources, recruiting and team management.  She is a leader that has the ability to put a strategy into action to promote company growth.
