Why Stealth

The work may be tough but the rewards are very significant.  Over 16 years of relationship building with a vast network of diverse suppliers’ aids in sourcing the parts our associates need to close the deal. With approximately an 86% order fill rate, our supplier relationships assist us in getting the parts associates need to increase their bottom line.   Stealth provides a great base salary plus commission, in-house industry and sales training, work / life balance, and truly just a fun place to work.

Unique Culture

We are unique in that not only do we work hard, but we play hard too.  It’s not uncommon in the middle of the day, during a busy week, in the middle of the sales floor that you’ll find a game of football catch happening.  Jeans, shorts and flip-flops are the norm every day. Occasionally, the office has hosted luncheon celebrations on holidays and special occasions in the past including Cinco De Mayo, the opening of our Germany location, Halloween, and Thanksgiving.

All employees at Stealth get the unique opportunity to experience the world with approximately 91% of our customers residing outside of the US. In fact, not only do we conduct business with 63 countries worldwide offering Stealth associates an opportunity to expand their horizons, our current geography includes customer locations on every continent except Antarctica.

In order to accommodate our customer base, our account executives work a non-traditional European shift which allows you afternoons free. In addition, they have finish their week at 12 p.m./noon on Friday’s and enjoy longer weekends!

Philanthropy

Stealth was very involved in philanthropic activities throughout the year of 2011. In fact, some of the organizations we sponsored included the Isabella Santos Foundation and Adam Tanksley Foundation, which are both dedicated to battling childhood cancer and finding a cure. In November 2011, we also raised funds for the St. Jude Foundation and several of our employees took part by participating in the annual walk at the Knight’s Stadium. Stealth has taken an active role in supporting these foundations by generously offering to match all funds raised by our employees. Stealth also shows its support for the local community by sending volunteers to Junior Achievement BizTown in Charlotte, where volunteers serve as guides for elementary school kids who simulate what it is like to run a business in the real world. Annually, we also hold a food drive and toy drive near the holidays.

As Stealth strives to encourage as much involvement as possible in our philanthropies, we offer all of our employees up to 40 hours of paid community service each year and are looking forward to continuing our success in 2012!

Training

Our in-house industry and sales training allows for experienced, proven sales leaders in other industries the ability to see the Stealth difference up close and personal.  It also allows for individuals who have years of industry knowledge to make a leap into a sales role without missing a beat.  All new associates are allowed a ramp up period to account for the learning curve.
