Global Experience 

All employees at Stealth Components get the opportunity to experience the world with approximately 91% of our customers residing outside of the United States. We conduct business with 63 countries worldwide offering Stealth associates an opportunity to expand their horizons. Our current geography includes customer locations on every continent with the exception of Antarctica.



We take training very seriously. We believe in investing in our employees to help them fulfill their potential and progress. Our extensive training program includes in-depth learning upon hire and continuous interactive, classroom and on the job training.


Stealth Components is very involved in philanthropic activities. In fact, some of the organizations that we have sponsored include the Isabella Santos Foundation and Adam Tanksley Foundation, which are both dedicated to battling childhood cancer and finding a cure. We also raised money for the St. Jude Foundation and several of our employees took part by participating in the annual walk.

Stealth has taken an active role in supporting these foundations by generously offering to match all funds raised by our employees.

Unique Culture

We are unique in that not only do we work hard, but we play hard too. Yes, we have very high expectations of our employees and as we meet and exceed our goals; Stealth sponsors luncheon celebrations, paintball tournaments, golf outings,weekly prizes, etc. We offer a casual dress code where jeans, shorts, and flip flops are the norm.
